Refunds or replacements will be offered if the goods supplied are faulty, damaged or not as represented on the website. Please note that glass products are all hand made/hand blown and slight imperfections in the glass, such as small air bubbles are
not a fault. These glass items can also vary slightly in shape and colour from that pictured on the website.
All requested for refunds or replacements need to be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org within five (5) business days of receipt of goods.
Refunds and exchanges will not be offered for “change of mind” purchases.
All refunds will be processed via the same method of payment. If a credit card is used for your purchase the refund will be made to the same card.
All shipping costs associated with the return of the product (s) that do not suit you are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer.
